Storing & Launching

Our secure 2.5 acre yard has fast-draining hardstanding throughout with access available to electricity and water.

For those without their own trailer or cradle, a selection of yacht cradles and motor boat chocks are available to hire. Masts can be stored indoors.

Our three cranes and selection of heavy trailers enable us to launch and recover boats up to 37ft LOA and 9t displacement. Small dinghies can be launched from our slipway.

Effective from 1st August 2025: VAT exclusive:

Hardstanding:

• Yachts/Motorboats/Dinghies: £0.85 ft / week

• Dinghies stored under owners’ yachts: Included

• Undercover storage when available: Surcharge £0.65 ft / week

• Indoor storage when available: Surcharge £2.00 ft / week

• Cradle hire: Monthly £55 / Winter £200 / Annual £350

Lift out and place in yard including pressure wash:

• Dinghies up to 10ft moved without crane £45.00

• Up to 20 ft with crane £140.00

• 21 – 29 ft £7.00 per foot

• 30 ft and over £8.00 per foot

Lift in from yard:

• Up to 20 ft £125.00

• 21 - 29ft £6.00 per foot

• 30 ft and over £6.50 per foot

Lift on or off transport, Lift onto or off quayside £5.50 per foot

Mid Season “Quick lift” and pressure wash: £130.00 per boat

Mast Removal / Stepping: Labour and materials + £50 crane fee

Undercover spar storage: £50 per spar per 6 months
